Need help getting my first client. I have no SOI since im still new to the are where I live. Also, other than prospecting on the phone, door knocking, and doing open houses, Any other tips you guys recommend to get my first client?

Start or join a FB group that interests you. Make connections that way. Host an event at your local library or park to get your name out there. Hope all goes well for you!

Do ya’ll do a discovery call and pre-listing packet before the listing appointment?
How many prospects are in your data base? You’re not connecting with enough people likely.
