									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I too have this same struggle of trying to do real estate after a full time, very demanding job! Not to mention having to wake up 5:50 or 3:45am (3 days in the week) which are very early hours. Thanks for sharing because this is my current dilemma.</p>
