Hey all! I’m a 42-year old new agent (coming from the tech space). I’m following Ricky’s 60 day challenge to a “T”. Tomorrow is my first day of cold calling…ever! I’ve been watching TONS of videos this whole weekend and I’m having major call reluctance. Wish me luck! By the end of this year, I want to have at least 1 active listing! Special shout-out to Ricky for his giving attitude! It’s been helping me be MUCH less lost while I try to ramp up my dream.
