I think that is a great topic idea. I personally send a hand written card to people I meet with a $1 scratch off and it makes for a fun conversation when I call back.

It’s just a note. “Thank you so much for taking the time with me today. I hope your achieve your Real Estate goals and if I can be of service to you please don’t hesitate to reach out” Personal Comments at the bottom to make it relatable. Consider, ballpoint marketing, mailbox power.
