I just finished “Your Oxygen Mask First”
It was a great book and provided 17 habits to implement to create a plan to become a better leader and how to take care of yourself in the process

It’s really become my go to. I’m trying to get my daughter to read it, but she is still in college and reading for her is more about her classes at the moment! Someday!

Mindset Book Club 4 years, 2 months agoGetting Thru Chap 4. What stuck with me in Chapter 3 is…. “Will this make the boat go faster”. Helping me get my goals done one step at a time. I think I”m just going to say “will this make my boat go faster” before I want to grab the sweets, not get on the phones, scroll social media too long, ect. What is your mindset check?!

I have a buyer who just does flips, I have FLEX MLS, anyone know where I can find some investment properties? Please let me know if you have any listings or guidance on this type of situation. Does your buyer have a specific area he likes to invest in? If so, you can send out letters to those zip codes/door knock/call through certain neighborhoods. Also, you could set up a search on the MLS to look for certain public remarks such (motivated seller/investor special/tear down/Cash/fire) basically any wording indicating investment style…[Read more]
