One of Ricky’s recent videos, he mentioned he’d doing an end of the year 30 listing challenge and I believe he’s kicking it off today. Does anyone know where I sign up for that training?

1000 handwritten letters to areas/farms/what ever is your liking. and to get about 10 listings from that.
contact expireds from 2-18 months and try to keep 20 considering to relist which hopefully yields 10 listings
Call all FSBO’s. be of service. and goal is 10 from that (i think).
then spend the afternoons working Social Media.
