@VSzuch Im thinking of trying out expired’s or maybe fsbo? I’ve been doing circle prospecting which I have been enjoying and connecting to people. How do the agents calling expred/fsbo doing? I am a little reluctant because there is probably more agents calling them, anyone got any thoughts ??
I personally love FSBOs but they just aren’t popping up much in my area. I use Ricky’s method and it makes me stand out when I do get one. The expireds are getting hammered too but I have been calling through some really old ones I had in RedX. I have about 600 left to call. I have had decent results in getting emails from them but no listings yet. Maybe just set one day a week to call them when they accumilate? I don’t imagine there is much expiring right now.
