I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

Congrats to all the award recipients. We definitely crushed 2021 and looking forward to more success in 2022. Finished out the year as one of the top agents at my brokerage. Mighty Realtors 3 years, 6 months agoWhat do you do to manage closing dates? 🗓It’s a great problem to have 3 closing in one day and not be able to go to all of them. For me, this happens because I like to schedule all closing days on Thursdays if my (buyer client) is okay with it. Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
