I am looking for a ZTD agent serving the area of Irving, TX. I have a prequalified buyer looking ASAP. She closes on her home here 2/14 and needs to move. Please help

I used to live in that area and know many agents. Although I’m sure none of them are ZTD agents. Let me know if you don’t find anyone, and I’ll be happy to refer connect you with 2-3 of them, and you can see who is the best fit. Good luck on your search!

I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
