Just curious what your response is when you get a call back from someone you were geo-calling, but you don’t remember who they are or what area they are from? Or how that is handled? @rickycarruth

So I wasn’t able to do my normal large block of calling due to inspections and contractors today. But I got in about 45 minutes of FSBO calling and got 5 emails.

Wrong numbers sound like, Oh heck I guess I have a wrong number, do you even live in {your area}. Well while I have you, I’m a real estate agent here, is there anything at all I can help you with?

Good Morning Everyone. 1st day posting (I joined yesterday). My morning session I called for 1 hour, 101 Calls, 3 Talks, 36 VM, and 0 Confirmed Emails. Cole Realty Resource gives Emails, just don’t know if they are accurate??? Going to call again this afternoon.
