Thank you! Yes, when I signed up for cc I had an intro call with them and they started mine with Ricky’s template. Since then I have just edited and customized. I also use Canva for the first portion then upload it as an image.

Geo Just Sold – 80 calls, 16 contacts, 0 emails, 1 business card mailed Brutal session with some very angry peeps. One woman was so confused she asked me if her husband called me to sell the house. Tomorrow will be better.

I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

Mindset Book Club 3 years, 11 months agoHey everyone, I started The Alter Ego Effect this past week and highly recommend (Todd Herman). My goal is 2 chapters a day but this one I can’t put down. Also, listening to Atomic Habits on Audible. Has some great tips on building and changing daily habits. Anyone else read any of these?

Congrats to all the award recipients. We definitely crushed 2021 and looking forward to more success in 2022. Finished out the year as one of the top agents at my brokerage. Thank you Carrie! Yes, when I set up my cc I used Ricky’s referral link so they automatically imported his template. I have tweaked it along the way but I highly recommend starting with his template. Ricky also has a youtube video explaining in detail his weekly email.

For me, this happens because I like to schedule all closing days on Thursdays if my (buyer client) is okay with it. Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
