Hello Everyone and Happy Thursday ( boy is time flying ) I started following Ricky about a month ago and boy have things shifted for me. He was the voice of reason that I needed to get me back on track. I joined Compass in January of 2023 and have had only one transaction ( yikes )I am now two years in the game of Real Estate, last year I made about $150,000.00 mostly all from cold calls from the dialer. I take full responsibilty for this year and realise now that I allowed myself to get hypntoized by the new culture which follows the Ninja selling system. I had only myself to blame because I was working but not working smart. Since I got back on track with time blocking, schedule, cold calls etc. I got a deal last week and we are already in escrow. It was a referral ( yay ) and we were getting ready to list their house for $1.2 a bit below fair market value due to the condition. An investor called last Friday and begged me to show him the property before anyone else and he bought it through me ( dual agency ) for full ask, cash. We are in escrow now and just got through the shortened inspection contingency period. Should close as planned. The question I have for everyone is when you have a deal and you have appointments with inspectors and clients to keep everything on track, How do you say no to clients and continue with the time blocking routine for cold calls. That has been my biggest challenge this week. Would love feed back. Today I am in the office and back on the dialer! Have a great day everyone!!
