I think that is a great topic idea. I personally send a hand written card to people I meet with a $1 scratch off and it makes for a fun conversation when I call back.

Mindset Book Club 4 years, 7 months agoI have purchased 3 of the books Ricky Carruth mentioned in his YT video this month. I just finished Elevate, by Robert Glacier. Next is BE 2.1 by Jim Collins, reading both to improve my business thinking skills and get to the next level as a Realtor. The third book I will start is Good to Great, by Jim Collins by the end of January.

Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
Good Stuff. I like the personal touch at the walk-through. Two Birds – 1 stone
