Started cold calling with Geoleads last week. So far 183 calls, 15 contacts, no emails, 9 not interested or already have an agent they’re working with, 1 maybe interested but didn’t give email and was told to call back in a few months, 2 hangups after hear “realtor”, and 2 people yelling at me for calling on the weekend. 😅

It’s hard to explain, but I went from being reluctant to make calls to getting excited about making calls. Watching Ricky’s cold calling videos coupled with his scripts is the blueprint I follow. Thank you, Ricky!!!

Are you just dialing, or do you look at the address and check to see if there has been any listing, expiry or deed update? I spend time doing that and by the time i get to the call i only have one or two that are real prospects.

I cold call the suburb and speak to people from the address. Some times they have moved on, some are ex renters who are now home owners elsewhere, from and I have got their emails and their current address. If their property is listing they tell you that their property is already on the market, I wish them well and ask if I can help them with…[Read more]

50 calls today 3 good contacts with emails/cell # 2 potential listings& It wasn’t SO scary calling these folks… most ppl are just happy to have a conversation & that felt good! My goal is to double this tomorrow… shooting for 100! #ztd60daychallenge
