Just called a wrong number while circle prospecting and said “looks like I have the wrong number, well (name) Are you in need of a good real estate agent?” Now I have a buyer consultation scheduled for this weekend. moral of the story is: always ask for the business!

Yes. Funny story : I called a a lady(nurse) ”Sorry, I’m at work, can’t talk.” You’re a realtor?” “My patient says she needs a realtor.” I forward my contact info. In addition, many other wrong numbers where they say the need a realtor. You just never know what’s going to happen when you call.
