Mindset Book Club 3 years, 11 months agoGetting Thru Chap 4. What stuck with me in Chapter 3 is…. “Will this make the boat go faster”. Helping me get my goals done one step at a time. I think I”m just going to say “will this make my boat go faster” before I want to grab the sweets, not get on the phones, scroll social media too long, ect. What is your mindset check?!

Mindset Book Club 3 years, 11 months agoHey everyone, I started The Alter Ego Effect this past week and highly recommend (Todd Herman). My goal is 2 chapters a day but this one I can’t put down. Also, listening to Atomic Habits on Audible. Has some great tips on building and changing daily habits. Anyone else read any of these?

Mindset Book Club 3 years, 11 months agoI restart every year with Darren Hardy’s Compound Effect. I’m an Audiobook listener for the most part, but also read on kindle. Limited space for all of the physical books but boy I miss them.
