Are you just dialing, or do you look at the address and check to see if there has been any listing, expiry or deed update? I spend time doing that and by the time i get to the call i only have one or two that are real prospects.

I cold call the suburb and speak to people from the address. Some times they have moved on, some are ex renters who are now home owners elsewhere, from and I have got their emails and their current address. gotcha, but are you doing like Ricky and calling the do not call list? Just calling anyone? That’s what’s holding me back. Getting in trouble. Big money supposedly. The leads I get don’t seem to be good phone numbers for the most part.

I get it. Pretty heavy here too, if turned in. You got great results though! Love Australia. I used to have a Shingleback Skink (2 headed, pinecone, bobtail, etc) and blue tongues. so cool.
