Ok, I got REDX Geo leads and the single dialer yesterday, it took me a little while to understand the basics, I started dialing but still trying to get into a routine, which at my age could be more difficult, but I am going at it, I am being positive, and trying to make the best Ricky’s coaching, and is great to have you all for support!😀

The property fell out of escrow because of the buyer’s inability to obtain the loan. I am circling back through all past offers, visits and circle prospecting all agents in this area. I want my sellers to feel how much this means to me. Fell out yesterday and have five scheduled for showings by this am. The seller is encouraged.

Excellent!! I am new to this program. How did the phones work for you? Where did you get them? I had used RedEX and Vulcan 7. Each service had 5 numbers per contact and most were incorrect?? Is that true? What service do you use for phone #? Do you send any contacts for skip tracing? Thanks

I am working on my routine as well and from what I understand it’s all about being constant. Hell or High Water spend at least 3 hours a day making calls and on other days 8 hours. I need the business and if it takes all day so be it.
I know, do you make your calls from your office? I do it from home where is quiet and can hear myself. Thank you for your reply.
I never go into my office.
