Is anyone cold calling geoleads in more affluent areas that wouldn’t mind giving some tips. I started smaller to get comfortable first but I plan on starting my $MM neighborhood likely next week….

In my experience, a lot of those homeowners are just like “regular” people. I think it’s best to be ourselves the same way we would with other calls. The biggest difference is the work you will do for them once you get the listing, like marketing, open houses, broker opens…

Good Morning! Questions: When you all are calling around just listed/sold… how many contacts do you pull around the home on redx?

I usually pull 100. I try to do multiple areas to get a fill for the home owners in the different neighborhoods. I found some are more receptive to cold calls then others.

I like to only call to same neighborhood, so I’ll make sure I know exactly the layout of it and draw lines around it with the “Boundary” selection in Geoleads. Then get the max of 500.

I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

I procrastinated for 2 hours… I got over it and started dialing but I am behind on my 3 hours! So I will try to continue today.First time using REDX so I pulled 50 leads around my pending listing. Mostly voicemails but here are the results 1 contact had just recently sold last year.
