Hey Ricky, I start to change up my calls. I started to mix circle prospecting and expired.I got a seller with a expired listing return one of my voicemail drop yesterday. Surprisingly, he call me while I was driving. I told him when i get back to the office i will follow up with him.
When I get back to the office and pull up the listing, it was a $1,300,000 expired listing. He said the previous agent did not make any effort to sell the property. Appointment set for tomorrow.😀
