Greetings, earthlings! The name’s Ken, and I’m thrilled to be a part of this community. I hail from the Bay Area, San Francisco to be exact, and I’m licensed to operate in both Cali and Texas. Yep, that’s right, I serve the Bay Area and DFW like a boss.

I began my journey as a real estate investor back in 2009, starting with wholesaling homes and working my way up to renovation for flips and the beloved BRRR method. I then added another feather to my cap by getting licensed in 2016 and becoming an agent extraordinaire.

When I’m not killing it in the real estate game, I love getting geeky with technology, AI, marketing, and economic data – especially when it’s related to the world of real estate. I’m also big on personal development, because hey, a sharp mind is a valuable asset in any industry.
