Just starting out as for as cold calling, what package of red x did you all buy? Theres leads, tools and add ons…. HELP….

Geo is where I started. I like to pick different farm area. I do expireds as well but I get them from my mls.

Geo leads and the power dialer are a must, supplement those with expireds and/or FSBO’s. Personally, I love calling old expireds.
