Hey guys! Quick question. When I’m cold calling often times I come across contacts with LLCs listed as the property owners. How would you initiate/ approach these calls to property owners that don’t have names to greet them by? Thank you in advance for your help 🙏🏾

Ahhh great idea on having good conversations with friends before connecting it to the dialer.
I honestly would prefer to use my real number, but I am so paranoid for it to get marked as spam.
Thank you, maybe I have to upgrade to the burner app plan that gives 3 or 10 numbers a month.

Get the app textfree you can change your number every 24 hours with it. I have 3 accounts with textfree so I can change my number 3 times a day every 2 hours I change it.

Question do you Use the textfree with ads for all 3 of your accounts? Or do I have to sign up for the TextFree Plus (no ads and unlimited calls) for $9.99 a month? So basically $30/month for 3 accounts.

Another tip I try to match my new textfree number somewhat with the local landlines/cells in the area. Its not really a big deal but I have found it helps a little in pickups and sometimes if I wouldn’t do that people would ask why is your number showing up as a town a hour away.

Quick question.
When I have to press 1 to connect to the dialer, sometimes it doesn’t register to the dialer for me. So I literally spend like 30 minutes just to get it synced.

Funny thing is on mojo I could enter it myself no problem until about 2 months ago something changed either on textfrees end or mojos end I asked each one of them and they tell me its the other company. It wont let me upload it at all anymore so I call mojo every morning and they verify the number and enter it in for me whole…[Read more]

I would just call redex if you havent already and see if they can enter it in. And if they cant I would switch to mojo because it sounds like you are wasting alot of time messing around with it.

I like to look them up and find out who they are, where they live, what else they own, etc. It helps me keep talking and get info. Investors are easier to talk to, you might have something they want. I go to the website for the secretary of state, look up the LLC, and it’ll give me the name/ contact info of the person behind the LLC. Then I call that person. Usually it’s an investor with multiple properties.
