Yes, but that is not the same as getting one every week. If I go to your long list, then I obviously cannot read them all and then the question is which one do I pick? All of this is eliminated by you just sending me one weekly!

Mighty Realtors 4 years, 10 months agoWhat do you do to manage closing dates? 🗓It’s a great problem to have 3 closing in one day and not be able to go to all of them. For me, this happens because I like to schedule all closing days on Thursdays if my (buyer client) is okay with it. Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.

I use Mailchimp for my emails. Sign up there for free or pay a little per month at Constant Contact to use Ricky’s template. They set you up with a nice email right outa the gate.
