Hey guys, this might be a dumb question but..I’ve been circle prospecting and getting emails added to my weekly email. I see people here that mention how many appointments they get from these calls. Do these appointments mean that someone over the phone said they want to buy or sell and you’re meeting with them to discuss further?

Consistently been circle prospecting for about 2 weeks now.I got 2 seller leads whom I prepared CMAs for, but both ghosted me when it was time to show them the CMA. Is it normal to get to this stage and have people ghost you?I think I need to just increase my daily contacts so I don’t care about the ones who ghost me. What do you guys think?

Don’t let them get you down, I work with a guy who went as far as calling me his agent and then ghosted me, at work, and bought with someone else. Too funny, but whatever helps them sleep at night, more time to prospect.

Ghosting is common in this line of work. Don’t be discouraged by that or anything else that’s negative. Increasing your daily contact will only help you grow both as an agent but more importantly, as a person.

Hey guys – quick question here. I’m 2 months into the business.Before I joined this group, I already purchased Landvoice to get my numbers to call. I have a limit of 3,000 numbers a month, but when I pull up properties, even the homes that don’t have a number connected to them, are counted in the 3k and subtracted from my monthly limit.
