Mindset Book Club 4 years, 2 months agoHey Everyone! First time posting up on here, I’m currently reading the slight edge by Jeff Olson, I highly recommend it, really helps you stay in the mindset of any long term goal!

It’s really become my go to. I’m trying to get my daughter to read it, but she is still in college and reading for her is more about her classes at the moment! Someday!

Mindset Book Club 4 years, 6 months agoGetting Thru Chap 4. What stuck with me in Chapter 3 is…. “Will this make the boat go faster”. Helping me get my goals done one step at a time. I think I”m just going to say “will this make my boat go faster” before I want to grab the sweets, not get on the phones, scroll social media too long, ect. What is your mindset check?!

Mindset Book Club 4 years, 6 months agoHey everyone, I started The Alter Ego Effect this past week and highly recommend (Todd Herman). My goal is 2 chapters a day but this one I can’t put down. Also, listening to Atomic Habits on Audible. Has some great tips on building and changing daily habits. Anyone else read any of these?
