I have a full time job, I run a remodeling company in Maryland so I do not get to start my phone calls and prospecting until the afternoon. In 2022 I made a decision to be consistent and do the 60 day challenge. I was consistent, but my husband fell and broke his hip during the 60 day challenge. So, I didn’t finish. But, I kept add it and exceeded my goals. I listen to all of Ricky’s pods casts and get online as often as I can. That being said, I just went under contract for a million dollar buyer that I got from cold calling. Thank you Ricky for all that you do and for everyone that is part of the ZTD. Anything is possible. I’m going to crush 2023
