Is anyone cold calling geoleads in more affluent areas that wouldn’t mind giving some tips. I started smaller to get comfortable first but I plan on starting my $MM neighborhood likely next week….

In my experience, a lot of those homeowners are just like “regular” people. I think it’s best to be ourselves the same way we would with other calls. The biggest difference is the work you will do for them once you get the listing, like marketing, open houses, broker opens…
