Hi Erin thanks for the invite! I’m licensed in NC, CO, TX, HI, KS, AZ and MI. My husband was military so my states are all over the place. 🙂 BUT I have LO friends in Jersey if anyone has state specific needs.

Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.

Only 1 call today (expireds.) The phone number was actually the tenant and he is looking to move- got his email!
Sent 2 contracts out to my buyers for 2 of my listings.
Sent weekly email.
Scheduled a showing with my buyer for tomorrow. -

Sorry to say no calls today…2 of my kids were home. One kid needed to be on zoom for school so not enough bandwidth for me to be on the computer too. Also my other kid that was home is little and needed bottles / changing all day…so no calls. Also needed to pick up more kids at 4PM…but I did have a long conference call with my buyer /…[Read more]-
