Last week of the 28-day challenge 150 calls 19 contacts made 5 new friends to add to my database. Got out my weekly email, posted on social media, mailed out postcards to expired listings, mailing out 600 football schedules, and my listing went under contract! #ZTD60daychallenge

7/21/22 – Thursday – ActivityRed-X Training – Added 5 people to my data base – talked 15 people out of 30 calls – inspections – showing – f/u with leads. Listing appt set for 7/22/22 at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.

Made my first 50 calls yesterday..I have to do more to get more comfortable..excited though

Week 2 ~ Off 2 days ~ Circle prospecting 3hrs for the week, 160 calls, 19 contacts & 9 emails. I sent out my weekly email, had a closing, and two of my buyers went under contract. #ZTD60daychallnege
