I know agents who have virtual assistants and collectively cold call 20,000 numbers a day, 6 days a week. It’s just a juggling game with a bunch of different phone numbers, you’ve got to be able to switch your number every couple hours to a whitelisted number. Once you get flagged that number is trash for a long time. You could be flagged after 5 calls if you just bought a new number, someone else probably called thousands with it before you got it. Assuming you’re only calling a few hundred people a day you should be safe with about 3 different white listed numbers. Not sure if Red X offers that or not but I know Mojo does for like $10/mo per number if memory serves correct.
