Hey everyone, I’m Chris Abraham from Covington, GA, and I found this training in hopes of getting some advice for starting my Real Estate career. I’m going to be starting my pre-licensing course in about 3 weeks, but after listening to some of Ricky’s podcasts/youtube videos, I decided to go ahead and try reaching out to my sphere of influence. While in the yard, I saw one of my neighbors and went and talked with him, and he said once I get my license, he will be looking to use me to buy some land and sell his house. Just this one interaction has eased my nerves about jumping careers into the world of Real Estate!
