Wow, what a great journey when you switch your mind from transactions to relationships! Now I call people and I’m so excited to get their email addresses where before I was disappointed that they didn’t want to list. Mandates coming my way!

This has helped me mentally to overcome the anxiety I get about making a phone call… Im calling a FSBO today!! Im super excited about it..

Signed 2 sole mandates in the last week and have had a great response to my weekly emails. Next Wednesday will be the 5th mail! Feel so much more confident than I was before xxx

I’m loving the 60 day challenge. I’m on the boot camp days….I think it’s day 11 or 12. It’s really changed my thought process because before you’re so desperate to get that listing and now I’m really practising the relationships over transactions mentality and it’s been life changing! Hi. I’m in Johannesburg – West Rand area – Roodepoort. Do I wish we had a system like RedX!! It’s so easy instead of Lightstone and then virtual agent….they have the life there in the US..hahaha

Yeah, I know!! I wish we had the system here, would make our lives soooooo much easier.
I wanted to do this last year but got distracted and busy and just neglected to to the 60 Day challenge. Keen to get it going now. How’s it going for you?-
