    • Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day.  If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.

    • I think that is a great topic idea. I personally send a hand written card to people I meet with a $1 scratch off and it makes for a fun conversation when I call back.

        • It’s just a note. “Thank you so much for taking the time with me today. I hope your achieve your Real Estate goals and if I can be of service to you please don’t hesitate to reach out” Personal Comments at the bottom to make it relatable. Consider, ballpoint marketing, mailbox power.
