Only 1 call today (expireds.) The phone number was actually the tenant and he is looking to move- got his email!
Sent 2 contracts out to my buyers for 2 of my listings.
Sent weekly email.
Scheduled a showing with my buyer for tomorrow. -

I’m in the Cold Calling room calling expireds for Day 4, and got an email on my very first call!!!

South Florida Agents 4 years, 3 months agoHi All! I am on Day 4 of the challenge, and I’m looking for a property to do an open house at this Sunday. Anyone here have a listing I could do an open house at this Sunday in Miami, Hollywood, Surfside, North Miami, or Aventura?

Day 3:
Sorry to say no calls today…2 of my kids were home. One kid needed to be on zoom for school so not enough bandwidth for me to be on the computer too. Also my other kid that was home is little and needed bottles / changing all day…so no calls. Also needed to pick up more kids at 4PM…but I did have a long conference call with my buyer /…[Read more]-

Hey Ricky! Mostly time management- and for a long time I had the mind-set of all or nothing, so if I missed the goals of a day or two…I would think to myself that I had to start over.
