I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

Mighty Realtors 4 years, 2 months agoWhat do you do to manage closing dates? 🗓It’s a great problem to have 3 closing in one day and not be able to go to all of them. For me, this happens because I like to schedule all closing days on Thursdays if my (buyer client) is okay with it. But when it’s my listing I find that it’s nearly impossible as agents schedule them all different days.…[Read more]

Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
