Happy Monday to everyone! I called a couple of expires and was very nervous. I was glad that no one picked up but left a voicemail message and one called me back. He’s going to wait for a year to sell but got his email and cell phone as I only had his land line.! I know is not much but I’m exited about it… its the beginning.
