Hello!Does anyone know if Ricky will be doing live coaching calls for ZTD starting this month?

Loving this challenge! Keeping up with the daily videos and putting myself to task. Following up with my prospects (organizing them into hot and passive leads), and following up with my past clients. A past client is referring 2 Buyers to me and another past client wants me to sell his home for him! 🙂

Making calls but tracking the results I realized I do less than I thought I did 😫 I am making between 25 and 35 calls daily. I do not know why I am blocked at that number.

  the truth is I dont know …. i feel terrible that I commit to my 100 goal and cant reach it. mayb a partner that is on the other side until we both hit 100? i dont know! but i will keep pushing!! how are you doing?

  Thank you! Yes, when I signed up for cc I had an intro call with them and they started mine with Ricky’s template. Since then I have just edited and customized. I also use Canva for the first portion then upload it as an image.

Where is the google sheet file to update the emails collected every week? I don’t see it on the exp diamond group’s pinned files.

Question for exp agents; if out of town can any exp agent use a local office?

Geo Just Sold – 80 calls, 16 contacts, 0 emails, 1 business card mailed Brutal session with some very angry peeps. One woman was so confused she asked me if her husband called me to sell the house. Tomorrow will be better.

  Thank you Carrie! Yes, when I set up my cc I used Ricky’s referral link so they automatically imported his template. I have tweaked it along the way but I highly recommend starting with his template. Ricky also has a youtube video explaining in detail his weekly email.
