Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.

I think that is a great topic idea. I personally send a hand written card to people I meet with a $1 scratch off and it makes for a fun conversation when I call back.
