gotcha, but are you doing like Ricky and calling the do not call list? Just calling anyone? That’s what’s holding me back. Getting in trouble. Big money supposedly. The leads I get don’t seem to be good phone numbers for the most part.

I get it. Pretty heavy here too, if turned in. You got great results though! Love Australia. I used to have a Shingleback Skink (2 headed, pinecone, bobtail, etc) and blue tongues. so cool.

I remember my days as a dial by hand prospector and man it was tough. As soon as you close your first deal invest in your business with a dialer system like one the REDX offers it get’s to the contacts faster but keep on doing it NEVER GIVE UP..

I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣
