  Is this through Constant Contact? In Constant Contact, there’s a difference between undeliverable and a suspended address, though I’m trying to understand the details of that difference.     It is not Constant Contact. It is from my real estate CRM. On the positive side for the undeliverable emails I still have their contact number, so they will get an sms from me when I choose to send them a message.🙂
