That’s some grinding right there. How long did that take you Dawn? How many hours are you putting in per week on the phone?

It took six hours over two days as unfortunately at this point I do not have the dialer. Each week I try to put in a minimum of 15 hours of cold calls. I am trying to figure out creative ways to reach people in this pandemic environment. 🙂 How many hours do you do per week?

I understand I was once there making phone calls on my cell by hand and i know how it feels, about 20 hours a week, if I don’t have an appointment I prospect from 3 to 4 in the afternoons, and 9 t0 12 in the am, if kids are virtually learning now that’s another story..😄

Letters can work if you have absolutely nothing else to do. You can stick to a similair script like “wanted to let you know that 123 Main Street just sold for $xxx. Let me know if there’s anything I can help you with.” Or simply, “Would you consider selling your house at 123 Main Street to a prospect of mine?”

Yes, and don’t forget to balance quality v. quanity on the lead gen. You’d be spending too much time on one lead when you can be calling several others.
