Here is a little LinkedIn hack. Add people, click on their “Contact info” in blue once they accept you, copy/paste their email and name to your weekly email. I’ve added 50+ emails this month to my weekly email. 😀

The worst feeling in the world is seeing a home hit the market in your Geo Lead area with a geo lead that was on the call list. FML. 🤣😣

My account was disables on Constant Contact. I purcahsed 1,800 and uploaded the list. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Any other options other than Constant Contact???? 😡😡😡

I took Ricks idea of a mass email CMA. I picked the small city I live in and purchased 1200 emails for $75.00 from Property Radar. In less than 30 min I got a lead! Check out what I sent: https://conta.cc/3Mae07B

Hey Fernando, did you call prop stream for tht because i didnt see an option to purchase just emails.

On property radar, I circled the city of Arvin and created a list of the home owners. On the search features, you can filter to get only Home Owners with Emails. That is how I created the list with 1200 emails. propertyradar.com is the site I used.

I think I am going to start doing all the small towns where I live. They are mostly Spanish speaking communities.

Well, in my first 20 minutes of Cold Calling ever I was able to easily get an email and contact info of a Spanish speaking home owner! I just winged it and did the script in spanish. 😃😃😃

I just found ZTD and signed up for the RedX/Dialer. Gonna use the script in Español. I also ordered ZTD book. Gonna go hard on calling.
