Cold Calling Together – Join us daily 2 years, 9 months agoHey everyone new to the platform!Just a quick question about red X or whatever prospecting database you’re using.Are you guys calling mobile numbers, because redX’s default setting I believe is to only call land lines.Should I be calling mobile numbers too?

Yes absolutely. It’s no longer common that people will pick up landlines. With redx you can choose to select mobile numbers. Always call the mobile numbers.

Red-x gives both landline and mobile. I always call mobile numbers and leave a message, so if they’re waiting to see who it is calling, they’ll maybe call back. I just say my name is Nancy and I’m calling about xyz property. I get phone calls back.

The property fell out of escrow because of the buyer’s inability to obtain the loan. I am circling back through all past offers, visits and circle prospecting all agents in this area. I want my sellers to feel how much this means to me. Fell out yesterday and have five scheduled for showings by this am. The seller is encouraged.

Hey Fernando, did you call prop stream for tht because i didnt see an option to purchase just emails.

On property radar, I circled the city of Arvin and created a list of the home owners. On the search features, you can filter to get only Home Owners with Emails. That is how I created the list with 1200 emails. propertyradar.com is the site I used.

I think I am going to start doing all the small towns where I live. They are mostly Spanish speaking communities.

A lil scary going this route. If you haven’t gotten these specific people’s permission to email them it is likely against the law. Be careful.
