The prospecting Gods reward action. This past week resulted in just over 20 new emails 2 potential future listings and 1 new active listing from my sphere! I also uncovered 2 investors that ive been dripping flip opportuniites on and they are actively checking them according to my matrix portal.

Point system, .25 point for conversation .5 point for email 1 point for appointment 2 points for listing agreement or submitted offer 4 points for signed contract

I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

For me, this happens because I like to schedule all closing days on Thursdays if my (buyer client) is okay with it. Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
