Hey there, my name is Jeffrey Baltimore II. I am a life-long resident of central Pennsylvania having been born and raised in the city of Harrisburg.

After graduating from Shippensburg University with a B.S. in Biology, I returned to the area becoming a CrossFit Coach at now Fourteen Forty Athletics: Home of CrossFit 717. Over the last 8 years, that role turned into General Manager by helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. The attention and care I have put into each and every one of my athletes is something I pride myself on.
