Happy to be here! I’m Max in Miami, Florida. Been an agent for just over 2 years…was working a 9-5 job until a few months ago, when I quit! Hey Ricky! Mostly time management- and for a long time I had the mind-set of all or nothing, so if I missed the goals of a day or two…I would think to myself that I had to start over.
