Mindset Book Club 4 years, 5 months agoHey everyone, I started The Alter Ego Effect this past week and highly recommend (Todd Herman). My goal is 2 chapters a day but this one I can’t put down. Also, listening to Atomic Habits on Audible. Has some great tips on building and changing daily habits. Anyone else read any of these?

Wow super impressive! Did you use an email template Ricky provided? I’m new, trying to set one up. Any advice?

Thank you Carrie! Yes, when I set up my cc I used Ricky’s referral link so they automatically imported his template. I have tweaked it along the way but I highly recommend starting with his template. Ricky also has a youtube video explaining in detail his weekly email.

Mighty Realtors 4 years, 5 months agoWhat do you do to manage closing dates? 🗓It’s a great problem to have 3 closing in one day and not be able to go to all of them. For me, this happens because I like to schedule all closing days on Thursdays if my (buyer client) is okay with it. Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.

I read atomic habits a couple of years ago, I think it’s time to revisit it! 🙂
