So far 183 calls, 15 contacts, no emails, 9 not interested or already have an agent they’re working with, 1 maybe interested but didn’t give email and was told to call back in a few months, 2 hangups after hear “realtor”, and 2 people yelling at me for calling on the weekend. 😅
