I think I”m just going to say “will this make my boat go faster” before I want to grab the sweets, not get on the phones, scroll social media too long, ect. What is your mindset check?!

Mindset Book Club 4 years, 3 months agoHey everyone, I started The Alter Ego Effect this past week and highly recommend (Todd Herman). My goal is 2 chapters a day but this one I can’t put down. Also, listening to Atomic Habits on Audible. Has some great tips on building and changing daily habits. Anyone else read any of these?
